Scotland have had a tough time since the World Cup. How hopeful are you going into this Six Nations?
“I’m very optimistic. The new coaches we have got have given us a bit of a boost. When a team gets new coaches it is a positive influence – everyone is going out of their way to impress them. They bring new ideas to the table, there is competition for places in all positions, and we are in a much better place than we were this time last year.
